Designed to help you groove those moves as well as take the hardest of punishment. Great for beginners through to advanced Professional MMA athletes or for when you have odd numbers in a class which saves people having to rotate or wait for a turn to drilling a move.

Available in 2 styles - Throwing (Solid base) or - Grappling (Legged) and 3 different weights (70Ibs/30kg, 90Ibs/40kg and 120/55kg)
