DFC (Dynamic Function Cut) is a patented system by Mizuno. It is the result of research work looking at the human body (Anthropometrics). This research has allowed Mizuno to produce patterns (Garment Blueprints) which compensate for the movement of the body during sport activities. The result is that garments will allow the body greater freedom of movement whilst still providing support & protection. Also garments designed with the DFC system will have a custom fit suited to a particular sport. The DFC system can also benefit garments designed for Cross Training; multi sport activity.
