Prevention & Treatment of Cauliflower Ear
When the cartilage of the ear is injured, it is separated from the tissue underneath, and pools with fluid.  The collection of fluid is called a hematoma. When the hematoma heals, it forms a clot, and eventually, the fluid is replaced with calcium and scar tissue, creating what is known as the cauliflower ear.

CauliBuds apply compression to the ear to prevent the fluid from filling that cavity, either after draining or before swelling has occurred. Without CauliBuds, cauliflower ear may require expensive surgery to treat. Best of all, you can continue exercising while wearing CauliBuds, so there's no need to put your training on hold!
